After several date changes due to COVID, Lyndsay + Jeffrey finally got to say “I do” surrounded by family and friends at Boone Hall. Their October day was absolute perfection. Overcast skies all day provided the most flattering light. It was one of the very best days I can remember in terms of weather and lighting!
Lyndsay was stunning in her gorgeous Marchesa wedding gown. I am a sucker for textured dresses and hers was simply incredible. Jeffrey looked so dapper in his white dinner jacket and Brackish Bowtie. Together they were the epitome of a modern southern couple.
Lyndsay + Jeffrey shared a sweet First Look under the iconic oaks. The look on Jeffrey’s face when he saw Lyndsay for the first time was priceless. Following photos with their bridal party and families, Lyndsay and Jeffrey said their vows to each other in a ceremony that was officiated by the bride’s brother – which made it so special and personal. Guests dined on traditional lowcountry fare and danced the night away in celebration of the newlyweds. It was an absolutely incredible day!
Congratulations Lyndsay + Jeffrey – and thank you for allowing me to capture this beautiful day for you and your families!

When Martha Camille told me that she wanted to recreate her mother’s studio bridal portraits, I’ll admit… I was a little hesitant. I’ve never done studio bridal portraits before and I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to bring her vision to life. As a creative, I love doing things that are outside of […]
2023 was definitely one of the best years yet for my business. I had the honor of working with so many fabulous couples, in so many fabulous locations… including Spain, Italy, and Hawaii! I feel extremely lucky that I was able to experience such a tremendous year of growth and travel. Here are some of […]
This colorful winter wedding at Sea Pines Resort was the perfect way to start 2024. On one of the coldest days of the year, Caitlyn + Mark said “I do!” on the iconic 18th lawn at Harbourtown Links, overlooking the Calibogue Sound. Surrounded by their closest family + friends, their day was everything that Caitlyn […]
When I first started second shooting in 2011, I’ll admit… I had NO IDEA what I was doing. I was pretty good with my camera, technically. I could shoot in manual mode and had some understanding of flash. However, I wasn’t entirely sure of my role as a second shooter and had no idea exactly […]
Lowndes Grove is a magical venue for romantic bridal portraits. The house is bathed in gorgeous light, thanks to the large windows throughout. It has plenty of indoor space that you can use in case of inclement weather. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a classic style that complements the overall aesthetic of the property. […]
This post may be a year late, BUT I wanted to share some of my favorite wedding and engagement photos from 2022. It’s always such a treat to go back and see all of the amazing weddings I’ve been lucky enough to be a part of – and all of the amazing couples I’ve worked […]
