I am extremely passionate about coaching and helping other photographers build a successful business. With a background in business + finance, I tend to have a different perspective on things and I absolutely love sharing what I've learned over the past 7+ years in building my own successful wedding photography business.

Now, I want to pay it forward and help new photographers by offering coaching sessions and photography workshops, designed to encourage and inspire artists to follow their dreams and build a profitable, successful business for themselves. Over the past 6 years, I have learned SO MUCH about lighting, posing, marketing, editing, social media, networking, branding, creating efficiencies within the business, workflows, pricing, the technical side of shooting, styling, off-camera lighting, creating wedding day timelines, and how to run a successful business.
Current workshop offerings include The Business of Wedding Photography, which is an in-depth dive into all things business related; the Charleston Styled Shootout, which is a photography-focused event designed FOR photographers BY photographers; and the Second Shooter Workshop, which is geared towards educating photographers who are at the beginning of their photography journey and who want to learn more about being a sought-after second shooter.
I also offer one-on-one coaching sessions that are tailored to you - which means no two coaching sessions will ever be the same! Think of it as a private one-on-one workshop that is completely focused on your + your business! We'll get together at my home office in historic Charleston, SC, a nearby coffee shop - or even Skype, for photographers who aren't local to Charleston - and discuss whatever topics you'd like - I'm a completely open book and I want to share as much knowledge with you as I possibly can because I believe that helping photographers succeed and, in return, strengthen our industry as a whole is so important!
I remember what it felt like to be just starting out as a new photographer in a saturated market. The self-doubt, the fear, the uncertainty... it can be overwhelming! I owe so much to the photographers who gave me a chance to learn + grow under them.
