Callie + Gates’ spring wedding celebration was definitely a highlight of 2023. From the very first time I spoke with Callie, I knew we were the PERFECT match – and it really made the entire process so special. From their engagement on Folly Beach, to her bridal portrait session, and finally – their wedding day… this journey with Callie + Gates was so amazing. I am so incredibly lucky to work with such fabulous couples and their families.
The day started with a sweet first look out on IOP, where everyone had spent the morning getting ready. Callie + Gates’ beloved dog, Tito, was also on hand for the first look and I absolutely loved his custom bandana that he wore to celebrate the occasion. After their first look and a few portraits on IOP, everyone headed downtown for their beautiful ceremony at Bethel Presbyterian – and then crossed the Ashley River to party all night at the Country Club of Charleston. The weather was absolutely incredible and the sunset that night was pure perfection. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day to celebrate Callie + Gates!
I am truly blessed to be living this life as a Charleston wedding photographer and to bear witness to love several weekends each year. Callie + Gates, thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to capture this amazing celebration for you and your families!! Cheers!!

I first met Tori back in 2016 when I photographed her older sister Kiersten’s wedding. Little did I know then that I would go on to photograph their sister Chelsea’s wedding in 2021 – and finally Tori’s wedding in 2024! Legacy clients are so special and the Stolen family means so much to me. They […]
When I first spoke to Elizabeth last June, I knew that her wedding day was going to be something special. She spoke about getting married in her hometown of Beaufort SC – first, a sweet ceremony at her local church, followed by a tented waterfront celebration filled with bright colors and palm accents. Elizabeth wanted […]
Lizzie + Nick’s colorful Charleston wedding at the William Aiken House was definitely one for the books. I absolutely loved spending this beautiful spring day with them, their families, and closest friends. The historic charm of the venue combined with Charleston’s vibrant atmosphere created a truly memorable setting for their colorful celebration. Lush floral arrangements […]
I was introduced to Cait through former DCW bride and fellow photographer, Lindsay, who had worked with Cait previously, but was not available for her wedding day. I’m SO thankful that Lindsay connected us because I immediately fell in love with Cait and her vision for a sweet, intimate wedding celebration in Charleston. Caitlin’s parents […]
When Katie first told me about her wedding day vision – a classic brunch wedding overlooking the water at the iconic Ocean Course on Kiawah Island – I knew it was going to be such a beautiful celebration. There really isn’t anything like a Kiawah Island wedding! A custom Modern Trousseau ball gown, topped with […]
I met up with Dawn + Joey in February for their beautiful engagement session here in Charleston. They brought their two beautiful pups, Willow + Cricket, along for part of the session… and boy, did they have a blast at Hampton Park?!? I am totally OBSESSED with the photos of them walking together (below) because […]
