Kelly + Jeff’s wedding day was absolutely amazing. Laid back, stress-free, easy peasy, and full of laughter… everything a wedding day should be! With only 28 guests in attendance, Kelly + Jeff were able to have the wedding of their dreams filled with beautiful details and personal touches galore. Their wedding party consisted of Kelly’s best friend and their beloved black lab, Hunter, who wore a custom white Brackish bowtie of his own. They treated guests to an amazing seated dinner and they were able to share that meal with everyone in the same room – which doesn’t happen with larger weddings!! I just loved everything about this wedding… it was a truly special day to be a part of.
Kelly + Jeff started their day with a sweet First Look downtown. Mother Nature held out for all of our outdoor photos, then the skies opened up just as Kelly arrived at the church for their ceremony. But almost on cue, the rain stopped just as the ceremony ended and the rest of the evening was dry. We couldn’t have planned it better if we tried!! They rented a beautiful vintage Rolls Royce, which we used for some quick photos after the ceremony – then Kelly + Jeff joined their guests for the reception. Dinner, cake + dancing followed – and at the end of the night, Kelly + Jeff exited through a tunnel of sparklers. It was a day I’ll never forget!! Here are some of my favorites from Kelly + Jeff’s gorgeous blush wedding at the Gadsden House…

There’s something so special about photographing a wedding that feels completely, authentically them. Ashley and Hannah’s wedding day at Magnolia Plantation was one of those days – full of laughter, meaning, and so much love. These two made the trip from Charlotte to celebrate their marriage surrounded by family, friends, and their sweet pup, Norman […]

Some weddings are more emotional than others and, for Sarah + Logan, this was especially true. After having to postpone their original wedding date abruptly due to a health scare, they said “I do!” just a year later – and there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. They had waited a long time for […]

Lauren + James’ wedding day was one that won’t soon be forgotten. As a nod to their shared love of trying new restaurants, planner + designer extraordinaire, Allison Event Design, created a tented reception space with all of the restaurant-inspired details they love. A statement bar that wowwed guests, a mix of table sizes for […]

Becca + Stephen’s art deco inspired wedding at the American Theatre in downtown Charleston was one for the books! Their day was filled with so much love, joy, and thoughtfulness – I swear, the best weddings are always the ones that are centered around the couple and their family + friends. Sure, pretty details are […]

2025 got off to the very best start with Maggie + Britt! I absolutely ADORE these two and their wedding day was the perfect way to start the new year. Their shared love of the water and all of the natural beauty that the Lowcountry has to offer made the Regatta Inn a no-brainer choice […]

Payton + Connor’s rainy celebration at Lowndes Grove was the PERFECT way to close out the 2024 wedding season. When I first spoke with Payton, she told me that she envisioned a colorful wedding day – despite being married in late December. I LOVE that she went with bright florals and colors because it was […]
