At the end of June, I met up with Kathryn + Clinton for their downtown Charleston engagement session and we had the best time strolling around our historic city together. It ended up being a beautiful evening and it was the perfect way for Kathryn + Clinton to spend some time together in Charleston before embarking on their next adventure… a big move to Nashville, Tennessee! Just one week after our session, these two packed up and headed out to Nashville… but they’ll be back in exactly a year when they say “I do!” next July at Lowndes Grove. Without further ado, here are some of my favorites from Kathryn + Clinton’s classic Charleston engagement session…
With a well-worn passport in hand, and an affinity for a good cocktail, Dana works with fun-loving and kind-hearted clients around the globe.
Ashley + Kyle’s wedding day was, in a word, magic. These two share such a beautiful love and I am beyond thankful to have witnessed it first hand. Ashley is pure JOY in human form and she absolutely glows in Kyle’s presence. The way they look at each other and care for each other is […]
From the moment I first spoke to Sandra, I knew her wedding day was going to be something special. She had a clear vision of a day filled with special details, personalized moments, and a celebration of love that was truly unique to her and Matt’s love story. Being in the fashion world, I knew […]
There’s something undeniably magical about Charleston SC. The cobblestone alleyways, the historic charm, and the gentle breeze off of the water – which creates the perfect setting for love to flourish. When I had the opportunity to capture Hannah + Ashley’s engagement session on an overcast day this past September, I knew it would be […]
Hilton Head is a special place to Abby + Greyson, as Abby’s parents live there and she’s been visiting the area for years. I always love how the magic of Hilton Head and Sea Pines brings families together on such an incredible day. This September wedding day at Sea Pines started off with torrential rain […]
Somehow, it’s already February and I just realized that I haven’t posted my year-end recap from 2024. Yikes! Better late than never, I suppose! If I’m being totally honest and transparent, 2024 was a difficult year for me + my mindset. Self-doubt, not knowing where I “fit in”, feeling jealousy of other photographers, and not […]
I met up with Nicole + Thomas last summer for their engagement session out on Folly Beach. They found me through another one of my couples, whose wedding I photographed at Sea Pines last winter, and I was thrilled when they asked me to photograph their Charleston wedding! I loved spending the evening with them […]
