I can remember back to my early days, when it was just a dream to ever see my work in print. It seemed like such a huge accomplishment, reserved only for the rock stars in the photography industry. I’ve been so extremely blessed to have my work featured in print over the years, but nothing is as unexpected and amazing as seeing my work on the COVER of Charleston Weddings Magazine!! I mean, wow. When I got the news that they had chosen one of my images for the cover of the summer 2016 issue, I just about fainted. Never in my wildest dreams would I have ever thought this was possible. I can’t thank editor Melissa Bigner and her staff enough for this incredible honor. I am truly humbled.
Not only that, but they were gracious enough to feature two of my weddings in the issue – Eliza + Ben’s fabulous Gadsden House wedding from earlier this year AND Kiera + Brian’s romantic Lowndes Grove soiree from this past fall. They also published wedding announcements for Adriane + Bradford and Kelly + Josh from last year… so fun!! What an amazing issue – be sure to go grab your copy today. It’s on newsstands now!
