boone hall plantation WEDDING

Founded in 1681, Boone Hall Plantation is one of America's oldest working farms. Featuring the iconic Avenue of Oaks, stately gardens, and views of Horlbeck Creek, Boone Hall is the perfect venue for couples who dream of a romantic Southern wedding.

Tucked away about 30 minutes outside of downtown Charleston, Boone Hall is the most romantic setting for a Southern wedding.

01.

Getting Ready

Since Boone Hall does not offer any formal getting ready space on-site, I recommend that clients book a hotel or AirBNB in downtown Charleston or on Isle of Palms that provides plenty of space and ample natural light, so that your hair + makeup team and photographer can spread out and take full advantage of that natural light!

02.

Ceremony Space

Whether you choose to get married on the front lawn in front of the iron gates or under the Spanish Moss on the Avenue of Oaks, you really can't go wrong!

03.

Reception Space

The Cotton Dock is one of my favorite spaces in Charleston. Featuring high ceilings, large windows, a grand fireplace, and a wooden dock overlooking the water, this space is extremely versatile. Your guests will be enamored by such a quintessentially Charleston wedding venue.
