Every year, I like to go back through all of my weddings and engagement sessions from the year and put together a blog post with some of my favorite images of the year.  It’s so easy to get caught up in the day-to-day logistics of running a business and keeping your head above water.  Especially after the last 2 years.  I mean, I just realized that I never did a “Best of” post for 2020 – so that definitely tells you something!  Going back and examining my work helps me to pin point things I want to work on in the next year – and it also shows me how much I’ve grown since the last year!

2021 was a crazy year, but I made some really big strides in terms of my work.  For the first time in a long time, I really feel like I’m finding my voice and creating work that I am consistently proud of.  This is huge – and something I probably wouldn’t take the time to acknowledge if I didn’t do this yearly exercise.  So without further ado, here are some of my very favorite images from 2021…
