July + August are the hottest months here in Charleston, so whenever I have clients who want to do their engagement session during the peak of summer, I do my best to shoot as quickly and efficiently as possible. SarahMargaret + Michael drove up from Edisto for their engagement session just before the 4th of July and I had a great time exploring the French Quarter of downtown Charleston with them. Next time I see them, it will be decidedly cooler – they are getting married in late December… but this was a great warm up for their big day. Literally!
